Job description

A six-month internship contract in A&O Shearman Luxembourg from January to June 2028 which is covered by an internship agreement.

This is more than an internship: it is a genuine immersion in the practice of a leading international firm. You will sit alongside our lawyers, who are recognised for their expertise in high-stakes disputes and investigations. Working with them every day, you will benefit from close mentoring, clear guidance and regular feedback. You will be fully integrated into the team from day one, contributing to complex domestic and cross-border litigation, arbitration and investigation matters.

Role purpose

Conducting legal research
Participating in due diligence exercises
Translating, drafting and proofreading legal documents
Assisting in preparing client correspondence and presentations

Key requirements
You are a master’s student in business law with strong proficiency in both French and English. If you are motivated and eager to learn, this internship offers an excellent opportunity to expand your legal knowledge, develop autonomy, and engage with challenging cases.
