Business Projects

Our Business Projects team delivers complex, process‑driven improvement initiatives with cross‑functional and global reach, supporting the firm’s strategy to globalize support services and deliver consistent service across the world. Projects are commissioned by the four global support directors, ensuring the team’s work is aligned to high‑priority, strategic objectives.
Internal Audit

Our Internal Audit team reviews financial and operational processes, ensures they comply with regulations and policies, evaluates internal controls, identifies risks, prevents fraud, and recommends efficiency improvements based on impartial analysis and reporting.
