At A&O Shearman in Warsaw, we offer a three-month paid internship programme with the possibility of extension. The recruitment process is open throughout the academic year, but the number of available places is dependent on business needs.

At A&O Shearman, we invest in you so you can develop your skills early in your career through a variety of training programmes and resources. Your initial weeks of orientation will include the following:

Intensive, integrated induction programme
Lectures on legal developments by partners and associates
Department-specific training sessions
Mentoring
Special courses and training on various legal and non-legal topics.

You are at the beginning of your legal career, and it is very important for you to get to know the work standards of A&O Shearman lawyers. During the internship you will have an opportunity to work for various lawyers on many different transactions.

We know that feedback plays a very important role in your development. This is why we will organise a feedback meeting once a month during which we will discuss your signature strengths, but also your development needs. It is bilateral feedback, where you can also share your thoughts with us.
