Who we’re looking for
We welcome high-performing graduates with excellent Italian and English language skills who bring curiosity, initiative, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset. We value strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, a results-oriented approach, and a genuine interest in legal and business environments. Additional experience, certifications, and extracurricular activities that demonstrate motivation and ambition are also highly regarded.
Among the various initiatives introduced over the years, we have the Wellness Program in collaboration with Sport Senza Frontiere. This program encompasses a range of activities, including seminars on topics such as nutrition, the importance of sleep, and mindfulness. Virtual tours and guided visits to historical monuments, pastry courses, yoga, pilates, and functional training sessions are also part of the program.
Collaborating with organizations such as AIRC (Italian Association for Cancer Research) and the National Cancer Institute, we have hosted seminars on the significance of nutrition and physical activity in preventing oncological diseases.
Most recently, we organized a self-defence training to enhance our psychological safety and, consequently, promote our mental well-being.

During the traineeship, we offer the possibility to temporarily suspend activities at the firm for the preparation of the bar exam and provide financial support for specific training.
In order to enhance exchanges within the global network, we provide the opportunity for secondment, ranging from two weeks to six months.
