Experienced Tax Lawyer

Department purpose
In Luxembourg, our team provides practical and commercially viable advice to real estate funds, private equity funds, corporates, banks and institutional investors, among others. We advise our clients on a wide range of tax issues, from VAT and transfer pricing-related matters to international tax planning work and tax litigation and are predominantly involved in matters regarding tax aspects of Luxembourg investments and the structuring of international transactions via Luxembourg vehicles.

Our Luxembourg tax practice offers a full range of services, including advice on both domestic and cross-border situations.

Role purpose
We are currently looking for an Experienced Tax Lawyer.

Key requirements

You have at least 5 years of experience in Tax, in a tax advisory firm ideally based in Luxembourg
You are a fully qualified lawyer
You are fluent in both written and spoken English and French, German is an asset.
You have strong technical and writing skills
You are a team player, proactive and have excellent communication skills
You have a sense of responsibility and are committed to producing quality work
You have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and client service are essential to our business and the business of our clients
