A&O Shearman recherche pour son bureau de Paris un(e) stagiaire pour le département Arbitrage international.
Stage à temps plein conventionné de 3 mois à compter d'octobre 2026.

Modalités de stage
Vous aurez l'occasion de parfaire votre formation et de développer vos compétences et connaissances en travaillant avec l'équipe Arbitrage international de Paris et des autres bureaux A&O Shearman. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les avocats et serez impliqué(e) notamment sur les tâches suivantes :
Les recherches juridiques ;
La rédaction de consultations et notes de synthèse en français et/ou en anglais ;
La participation à des réunions clients ;
La rédaction de mémoires.
Profil recherché
Vous êtes titulaire d'un Master 1, d'un Master 2 et possédez les qualités suivantes :
Rigueur juridique ;
Curiosité intellectuelle ;
Sens de l’initiative et des responsabilités ;
Autonomie ;
Excellente maîtrise de l’anglais (C1, C2/Bilingue) et du français (C1, C2/Bilingue).
Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques.
De préférence, vous avez déjà une première expérience en cabinet d'avocats.
