Job description
A&O Shearman recherche pour son bureau de Paris un(e) Alternant(e) pour l'équipe Digital Innovation pour 1 an à 2ans.En tant que Chargé(e) d'innovation Digitale vous aurez l’occasion de parfaire votre formation, de développer vos compétences et connaissances en travaillant principalement avec l’ensemble des départements du cabinet.
En étroite collaboration avec notre Innovation Manager, vous interviendrez sur les missions suivantes :
- Support à la conduite du changement : suivi des indicateurs, ateliers d'idéation, suivi de satisfaction des utilisateurs
- Veille stratégique : participation aux études de marché et à la veille permanente sur les sujets d'innovation et l'écosystème Legal Tech, Startups
- Assistanat à la gestion de projets : participation au suivi et au pilotage des projets digitaux en cours
- Aide à la mise en oeuvre des campagnes de communication externe, et appui à l'organisation d'évènements
Profil recherché
- Vous êtes étudiant(e) en école de commerce, école d'ingénieur ou à l'université et avez un bon niveau d'anglais
- Vous disposez d'excellentes qualités relationnelles, aimez travailler en équipe
- Vous avez un réel intérêt pour les nouvelles innovations, l'écosystème Legal Tech et le secteur juridique
- Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques
