Mid-Level Real Estate Finance - Banking Lawyer

Department purpose
Our Real Estate Finance department specialises in international banking work, including regulatory work, syndicated lending, investment grade, leveraged acquisition finance and debt restructuring. You will join a dynamic team advising amongst others investment banks, international commercial banks, investment funds, governments and public entities requiring advanced legal advice for complex transactions.

Role purpose
We are currently looking for a Mid-level Real Estate Finance - Banking Lawyer for our Real Estate Finance team.

Key requirements

You have at least three years' experience within a law firm, gained in a banking department, ideally based in Luxembourg
You have a strong interest in Banking and Finance law
You are a fully qualified lawyer
You are fluent in both written and spoken English and French
You are dynamic, proactive and have excellent communication skills
You have strong technical and writing skills
