Our real estate finance department specialises in international banking work, including regulatory work, syndicated lending, investment grade, leveraged acquisition finance and debt restructuring. You will join a dynamic team advising amongst others investment banks, international commercial banks, investment funds, governments and public entities requiring advanced legal advice for complex transactions.
Role purpose
A six-month internship contract in our Banking & Finance department starting in January 2027 which is covered by an internship agreement.
Key requirements
You are currently preparing for a Master in Law, LL.M or preparing a Bar in any European jurisdiction.
You are looking for an internship as part of your Master's degree, a gap year or for your PPI at the French Bar.
You have strong analytical skills, attention to details and a strong interest in Banking & Finance law
You are a highly motivated student
