DEPARTMENT PURPOSE

The Business Development & Marketing (BD & Marketing) Department supports the firm’s growth strategy across Indonesia operations, delivering services in brand management, digital marketing, business development campaigns, client communications, and market intelligence. The team works in close partnership with practice groups, firm leadership, and clients to strengthen the firm’s market position and drive sustainable growth.

ROLE PURPOSE

The Graduate Marketing Program offers hands-on exposure to the full spectrum of business development and marketing activities within a fast-paced professional services environment. He/she will provide day-to-day support across campaigns, events, content, and research, building a strong foundation in strategic marketing and business development practice. The program is designed for an energetic, curious individual who is eager to learn, take initiative, and grow into a future marketing career.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the BD & Marketing team in day-to-day tasks related to business development activities.
Assist in conducting market research, including gathering data on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients.
Help compile research findings into simple reports or summaries for the BD & Marketing team.
Assist in updating and maintaining client databases, mailing lists, and internal BD trackers.
Support the preparation of pitch materials, proposals, and presentations by gathering relevant information and formatting documents.
Provide hands-on support for marketing and client events, including logistical arrangements, material preparation, and on-site coordination.
Assist in drafting and coordinating internal and external communications, such as event invitations, newsletters, and social media content.
Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the BD & Marketing team.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in the area of business, marketing, economics, statistics, arts or science from a reputable university in Indonesia or overseas with minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Available to commit to a full-time internship period of 6 months.
Enthusiastic about learning marketing and business development in a professional services environment.
A creative, energetic, and dynamic individual with a proactive attitude.
Attentive to details with good organizational skills.
Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and willing to take on various tasks.
