Role purpose
Our Global Financial Markets team is seeking a Paralegal to provide high-quality legal and administrative support to fee earners on a broad range of client matters and transactions.
Role & responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:- Participating in due diligence exercises, including reviewing materials and documents written in Chinese.
- Assisting with the preparation and reviewing of disclosure documents and other legal documents.
- Conducting legal and commercial research on an ad hoc basis.
- Providing general transaction support and administrative assistance to fee earners as required.
Key requirements
You should:- Have an excellent academic record.
- Be fluent in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate clearly, confidently and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence and consistently deliver high-quality work.
- Thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Possess strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues and clients.
