Wir suchen ab sofort eineStudentische Aushilfe (m/w/d) im Bereich IT Service Desk
für ca. 15-20 Stunden pro Woche am Standort Hamburg.

Was sie erwartet
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem IT-Ansprechpartner vor Ort und Mitarbeit in der Hotline
- Fehleranalyse und -behebung
- Einrichtung und Installation von IT-Equipment, wie z.B. PCs, Laptops, Smartphones
- IT-technisches Einrichten von Konferenzräumen für Meetings und Veranstaltungen, wie z.B. Video-konferenzen, WebEx Meetings etc.
- Pflege von Datenbanken sowie Optimierung und Dokumentation von Arbeitsabläufen
- Studium im IT-Bereich oder einem anderen technischen Studiengang
- Software-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Microsoft-Office Paket
- Kenntnisse in Microsoft Azure Umgebung (Intune, Exchange Admin) von Vorteil.
- Technisches Verständnis sowie hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung
- Hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Zuverlässigkeit
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Immatrikulation an einer Hochschule
- Interessante, abwechslungsreiche und anspruchsvolle Aufgaben in einer kollegialen Arbeitsatmosphäre
