IP intern
We are looking for law students with a strong interest in intellectual property (IP) to support IP litigation and transactional matters relating to China. Work may also cover life sciences regulatory or IP/antitrust issues.
You will get exposure to various cross-border matters, benefit from legal and soft skills training that will greatly contribute to your career and personal development, and work in a highly collaborative and truly diverse environment, guided by a team that helps you learn and succeed.
Responsibilities
Support on patents and trademarks related cross-border complex IP litigation and arbitration as well as cross-border IP transactions, including conducting legal and factual research, reviewing documents and drafting correspondence.
Who we are looking for
1. Currently enrolled in a master of law / juris doctor program, with an expected graduation date in 2026 or later;
2. Better to have IP related study or internship experiences;
2. Possess good legal research, fact analysis and legal drafting skills;
3. Based in Shanghai, minimum 4 days a week for at least 3 months;
4. Responsible, proactive, curious, quick learner and team player.
