Job description
Department purpose
The Investment Funds Department advises clients in relation to the structuring, setting up and registration of regulated funds (such as SICAVs, SICAFs and FCPs) for institutional and non-institutional investors in the areas of real estate, alternative investments, private equity, venture capital, equity, bonds, derivatives, structured products and money market instruments. Our lawyers are also specialised in the structuring of unregulated or semi-regulated investment vehicles (SIFs, Soparfis, SICARs, securitisation vehicles) and have experience in advising foreign entities on their investments in Luxembourg investment vehicles.
Role purpose
A six-month internship contract in our Funds & Asset Management department from July to December 2026 which is covered by an internship agreement.
Key requirements
- You are currently preparing for a Master in Law, LL.M or preparing a Bar in any European jurisdiction.
- You are looking for an internship as part of your Master's degree, a gap year or for your PPI at the French Bar.
- You have strong analytical skills, attention to details and a strong interest in Funds.
- You are a highly motivated student
