Legal internship - corporate M&A - April to June 2026

Department purpose

Our corporate M&A team is at the forefront of providing exceptional legal services in the dynamic field of mergers and acquisitions. With a strong focus on transactional work, we advise clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including cross-border transactions, private equity deals, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings.

Role purpose

A six-month internship agreement (with your University or IEJ) in our corporate M&A department from April to June 2026 which is covered by an internship agreement.

Key requirements

• You are currently preparing for a master in Law, LL.M or preparing a bar in any European jurisdiction.
• You are looking for an internship as part of the final year of your master’s degree.
• You have strong analytical skills, attention to details and a passion for corporate law
• You are a highly motivated student fluent in French and English and have good writing skills in both languages as you will work on international matters.
