Internship contract
Experience a six-month internship at A&O Shearman in Luxembourg from January to June 2027, where you will become an integral part of a team, work alongside accomplished lawyers, and actively participate in local and cross-border legal cases.

Role purpose
Conducting legal research
Participating in due diligence exercises
Translating, drafting and proofreading legal documents
Assisting in preparing client correspondence and presentations

Key requirements

• You are currently preparing for a Master in Law, LL.M, or preparing for a Bar in any European jurisdiction.

• You are looking for an internship as part of your Master's degree, gap year, or your PPI at the French Bar (this is not a CCDL traineeship)

• You are fluent in French and English and have good writing skills in both languages.

• You are proactive, curious and eager to learn.
