Department purpose

Our corporate M&A team is recognized as a leading practice in Luxembourg, delivering exceptional legal services in the dynamic field of mergers and acquisitions. We advise clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including cross-border transactions, private equity deals, joint ventures, and restructurings. Frequently ranked among the top M&A offerings in Luxembourg, we are the trusted advisor to multinational financial institutions, asset managers, private equity houses, and both local and international corporations. Our team brings extensive experience across all sectors, supporting buyers and sellers at every stage of the transaction and ensuring seamless execution of complex domestic and cross-border deals.

Role purpose

A six-month internship in our Corporate M&A department, from July to December 2026, covered by an internship agreement issued by your university or law school.

Key requirements

• You are currently preparing for a master in Law, LL.M or preparing a bar in any European jurisdiction.

• You are looking for an internship as part of your master's degree, a gap year or for your PPI at the French Bar.

• You have strong analytical skills, attention to details and a passion for corporate law

• You are a highly motivated student fluent in French and English and have good writing skills in both languages as you will work on international matters.
