Join our second session of our Summer Legal Bootcamp
A&O Shearman Luxembourg is pleased to host a dedicated session as part of its Summer Legal Bootcamp, designed specifically law students.
This interactive session, led by Severina Käppeli and Laurent Goyer, offers a practical introduction to fund structuring in Luxembourg, Europe’s leading investment fund centre. Through simplified, real-life examples, it will provide law students with a clear and accessible first insight into Investment Funds and the role lawyers play across a fund’s lifecycle.
The session will be followed by an afterwork, offering the opportunity to continue discussions with our lawyers.
