Join our first Summer Legal Bootcamp
A&O Shearman Luxembourg is pleased to host a dedicated session as part of its Summer Legal Bootcamp, designed specifically law students.
This interactive session, led by Victoria Woestmann and Justine Yansenne, will provide a practical introduction to Share Purchase Agreements, combining legal theory with insights from real transactions.
This session is intended for law students seeking early exposure to transactional work in an international law firm.
The session will be followed by an afterwork, offering the opportunity to continue discussions with our lawyers.
