We are currently seeking a Front of House (FOH) professional to join our Business Services Department. This role is based in Jakarta and will serve as a key frontliner, supporting daily office operations and client-facing activities in a professional and welcoming environment.
Serve as the primary front‑of‑house contact, including welcoming and escorting VIP guests and clients.
Coordinate meeting room arrangements, including scheduling, setup, and readiness for internal and external meetings.
Provide administrative support for day‑to‑day office operations within the Business Services function.
Manage food & beverage arrangements for meetings, events, and client engagements, ensuring service standards are met.
The Front of House (FOH) role is responsible for delivering a professional, welcoming, and seamless front-of-office experience. As the first point of contact for clients, guests, and internal stakeholders, this position plays a key role in supporting business operations by ensuring smooth coordination of client arrivals, meeting facilities, administrative support, and food & beverage services, in line with the firm's service standards.
Job Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, including receiving, welcoming, and escorting VIP guests and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
Receive and handle incoming phone calls, ensuring calls are answered promptly, screened appropriately, and directed to the correct person or department.
Coordinate meeting room bookings, setup, and readiness, including room arrangement and availability of required facilities.
Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Business Services team, including documentation and general office coordination.
Manage food and beverage arrangements for meetings, internal events, and client engagements, ensuring service quality and timeliness.
Support front‑of‑office operations to ensure a smooth, well‑organized, and professional office environment at all times.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and relevant vendors to support operational needs related to front‑of‑house services.
Background in hospitality, hotel management, or a related service‑oriented field is preferred. Previous experience in a hospitality environment, front desk, guest relations, or customer service role is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, guests, and internal stakeholders.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office setting.
