Role Profile

We are seeking experienced and commercially minded Technology Lawyers to join our growing legal team in the UAE. The successful candidates will provide expert legal advice across a broad range of technology related matters, supporting both internal stakeholders and external clients in navigating the rapidly evolving legal and regulatory landscape in the region.

Examples of recent opportunities
6mth contract with Tech giant in the UAE. The Technology Lawyer role encompasses drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technology agreements such as software licences, SaaS contracts, cloud computing arrangements, IT outsourcing deals, and procurement contracts, whilst advising on data protection compliance under UAE law and relevant free zone regulations from the DIFC and ADGM. The position requires expertise in intellectual property matters related to software development and commercialisation, as well as guidance on legal risks associated with emerging technologies including AI, blockchain, fintech, and digital assets.

6mth contract with a leading technology and artificial intelligence infrastructure company headquartered in the UAE is seeking an experienced Commercial & Technology Lawyer to join its growing legal team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work at the forefront of digital transformation in one of the most dynamic and innovative technology ecosystems in the Middle East
This role involves providing strategic legal counsel across commercial and technology matters, with a particular focus on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex technology agreements such as cloud services contracts, software licences, SaaS agreements, and data processing arrangements.
