Role purpose

The IT analyst in Antwerp serves as the first line of technical support, handling incident resolution and service requests to maintain seamless IT operations. In addition to troubleshooting hardware and software issues, the analyst plays a key part in broader regional IT initiatives throughout Belgium and offers backup support to the Brussels office.
The position further encompasses a supporting function in overseeing the office’s audiovisual systems and assisting with the day-to-day management of the local network infrastructure. Finally, the analyst helps business-service teams administer and maintain their technical setups within the Antwerp location.

What will you do
  • You will be responsible for the correct follow-up and escalation of service desk tickets and requests (new joiner, leaver, etc).
  • You will deliver professional desk side support to the employees and clients of the firm.
  • Your hands-on support will ensure the smooth organisation of meetings and events.
  • You will be involved in the onboarding of new joiners and will guide new users through the setup of our systems and devices.
  • With your strong organisational skills you keep the device rental inventory up to date.
  • You will join a dedicated team and gain expert knowledge on our internal support systems.

  • You are service minded and enjoy customer contact.
  • You are proficient in English as well as Dutch.
  • You have a strong affinity with technological innovation.
  • You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 as well as the Microsoft Azure environment.
  • You are open to a flexible schedule and take pride in going the extra mile for your customers.
  • You like to work in a highly professional and demanding environment.
  • You demonstrate a flexible approach to your work and possess excellent organisational skills.
  • You show an ability to work alone or as part of a team.
  • You manage to prioritize, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • You possess experience with Cisco Call Manager, iManage and audio visual equipment is a plus.
