Our Document Checking team proofreads and reviews legal documents for accuracy, clarity, grammar, formatting, and style, ensuring they meet firm and client standards. They clarify queries, improve readability, support workflow, and maintain consistently high‑quality documentation across the firm.

Our Document Production team creates, formats, and prepares high‑quality legal documents to firm and client standards. They ensure accuracy, consistency, and professional presentation while collaborating closely with document services colleagues to support fast, efficient, and deadline‑driven legal work.

Our Facilities and Communications team is the first point of contact for new business and external callers, providing 24/7 switchboard support and managing facilities requests, space bookings, catering, housekeeping, maintenance, directory enquiries, stationery and vending.

Our Front of House team are the frontline of the firm. They deliver exceptional reception and client services: welcoming visitors, coordinating meeting rooms, and supporting conference operations. They manage enquiries, streamline logistics, and uphold service excellence across all visitor‑facing areas, ensuring a professional, seamless experience for every guest.

Our Health and Safety team lead our safety culture and manage our safety management system: driving strategy, continuous improvement, and operational health and safety.
